These injections lubrucate the joint, are drug-free, and act like "shock absorbers" in your knee. It typically entails 3-5 injections (1 per week) and reduces pain in 50-70% of patients.  |

 Arthroscopy is a surgical procedure orthopedic surgeons use to visualize, diagnose and treat problems inside a joint. A small incision will be made to insert the arthroscope.
